Algood Diner

There are many interesting roads to ride around the TN Upper Cumberland area. One of the things that make them so intersting are places like this that you spot along the way. This is a genuine Southern, small town diner. Neat place, good food!

I bought my first motorcycle when I was 15 years old. That was 49 years ago. Although I have not had a motorcycle all of those 49 years, it has never been far from my mind. My addiction to motorcycling can only be understood by those who share the same passion. To others, it is just a frivolous, expensive hobby. I love the feeling of freedom that comes with riding; the closeness to nature that comes with riding in the open air; the feel and sound of a well designed and built machine going through its paces. I particularly enjoy riding with my two sons, Heath and Ryon, although we don't get a chance to get together as often as I would like. Since I am retired, I have a bit more time to ride than they do, so many of my trips are solo.
